Whether you’re returning to Lawrence to visit your student, reconnecting with KU, attending a simcha, or simply passing through, we’re delighted to welcome you to the Challah-Day Inn at the Chabad Center for Jewish Life.

Located on the upper level of our beautiful new Chabad Center, our comfortable guest suites were created to provide Jewish travelers with a warm, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay. Just as our doors are always open for students, we are honored to extend that same hospitality to parents, alumni, visiting families, guest speakers, and Jewish travelers from around the world.

Reservations

Guest suites are available by reservation and are subject to availability. We encourage you to book as early as possible, especially during KU Parents Weekend, graduation, High Holidays, and other major campus events.

While there is no fixed room rate, suggested donations are warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated. Your contribution helps offset operating costs, maintain our guest accommodations, and enables us to continue offering a welcoming home for students, families, alumni, and Jewish visitors for years to come.
